AI update

Updated the system so that the units can move on there own and so you're no longer limited to playing with yourself.  This system is nowhere near prefect.  It has no defense initiative and has no ability to use the charge or form actions.  But it does what it is needed to do. I can next work in map making then create a crappy game out of this.
